Introducing piping software by Mech Q- Draws Pipe & Pipe fittings: single line, double line and 3D. Full range of welded, SW, Screwed, PVC, Cast Iron and victaulic fittings with build in and customizable symbols, Pipe & Fitting range 1/2” to 36”NB (6mm to 900mm)
Mech-Q’s piping software covers a wide range of pipe reducers, caps, couplings, flanges, valves and much more. The utilities are fully equipped with autoBOM, Auto-BOM ballon generator, Insulation and online help.
Both Metric & English (Imperial) units are supported.
Isometric Piping Software
The utility consist of many features including auto-insert elbows, scale configuration, End Node configuration, fully customizable layer control, built-in symbols and the ability to add your own as well.
The piping utility is equipped with Auto-BOM, Auto-BOM balloon generator and tools to make isometric dimensioning easy.
The module included a comprehensive range of pipe & fittings, welded, SW, screwed, PVC, Cast Iron and Victaulic 1/4” to 36”NB (6mm to 900 mm)
Piping software supports both Metric & English (Imperial) units.

Pipe Schematic/Single Line Pipe Diagram
This is a Single line pipe generator. The piping software will allow the user to effortlessly draw simple or complex pipe schematics. The user is simply asked to pick points to generate the pipe and at each point the user can pick from a comprehensive icon menu to select the appropriate fitting, valve, pump gauge or hanger. The user is also given the option to draw a LEGEND of the used symbols and/or to form a Bill Of Materials of the fittings and pipes used to draw the schematic or single line pipe diagram
Mech Q vessel Utility
Drawing vessels has never been easier with just a point & click!
The Mech Q vessel Utility comes with numerous features customizable vessels size and wall thickness. The ability to draw 2D or 3D vessels and customizable nozzles located on both vessel body and heads.
The piping utility will automatically calculate the volume based on dimensional values.
Vessel head can be elliptical spherical or flat. Horizontal and vertical vessels are included.
Centrifugal Pumps
Add the designed Centrifugal pump to your drawing with ease. Easy to change and add new designs plus design parameters are fully customizable. Ability to save pump designs for later use. Includes options to draw front, end & plan view draw elevations.
Pipe Hangers & Clamps
Draws Pipe clips and Riser clamps, Saddle Clamps and Guides, U-Bolt Clamps and Guides and Pipe Shoes.
Large selection of sizes & designs offered with option to add fasteners. Piping software module displays of design safe loads and draws front, end & plan view draw elevations.

•Install software. You will be given an Serial Number, listed in the Mech-Q start up dialogue.
•Use the Mech-Q On-Line Authorization Code Application to register your software
(details provided in readme.txt with download)
•Once registered & processed you will be emailed the authorization code within 24 hours to unlock the software.
