Getting Started
Produce a 3D drawing in AutoCAD or Architectural Desktop, select some or all of the objects, VIZually Rich recognizes the objects and Sub Objects and gives you a pull down screen to set the materials from any finish database.
Once your selections are complete, pick the export command and then 3DStudio runs with a VIZually Rich dialogue box importing the drawing with material assignments straight in to 3DStudio VIZ or Max, and then you just pick render!

If you were happy with your material selections in AutoCAD, then use VIZually Rich to save the selections as a .FIN file for future use on similar drawing projects.

Alternatively, if you wished to change some materials, tab back to AutoCAD, re-select just the area for change, select the new materials, then tab back to 3DStudio where the material selection is updated.
