If you have third-party applications for AutoCAD 2004 - 2006 you may be wondering if they will run in AutoCAD 2007. This will depend on which language your AutoCAD application or add-on was written in.

If your 3rd party app is witten in Visual LISP or Microsoft Visual Basic (VBA) may run fine within AutoCAD 2007 and require no upgrade.

Although if you have a third-party applications written in ActiveX or ObjectARX, you may need an upgrade the add-on in order for it to run in AutoCAD 2007.
