We’ve just added a new AutoCAD Utilities Bundle which includes Auto-Layer tools plus lots of additional commands plus keyboard macros. A separate utilities bundle is available for Architectural Desktop or AutoCAD MEP.
All commands are all accessible through toolbars, pull-down menu, and ribbon (for R2009 and R2010)
