Heres a tip from Bluebeam and the differences between rotating the view or rotating the page.
Are you trying to rotate the view or rotate the page in your PDF? There is a difference.
Bluebeam PDF Revu has two capabilities for rotating PDFs. The Rotate View option allows users to rotate a PDF clockwise and counterclockwise without changing the page orientation. Use the toolbar buttons or go to the View menu and select Rotate View.
TIP: If you add a Text markup to the PDF while viewing a page in a Rotated View, it will display in the page’s actual orientation. In other words, the text box may be displayed sideways or upside down. If you want the text box displayed right side up, then follow the instructions below for rotating the page.
To rotate the page orientation of a PDF file from portrait to landscape or right side up to upside down, go to the Document menu and select Rotate Pages. In the drop-down menu, select the direction to rotate pages (clockwise 90 degrees, 180 degrees or counterclockwise 90 degrees) and the page range to rotate. You can even select only odd/even pages or portrait/landscape pages.
Note: You need version 4.5 or newer to utilize these features.
