Tool Set for Mechanical Drawings
Bluebeam has released a new ASME Y14.5M-1994 Tool Set with commonly used mechanical engineering symbols. Simply import into Bluebeam Revu and make marking up mechanical drawings faster and easier. How to save your own custom Tool Set
To save an annotation, go to the Tool Chest tab. Drag the annotation from the Recent Tools section into the My Tools section. This annotation, along with its customized properties, will be readily available to you every time you use Revu.
How to create your own custom Tool Set
Advanced users can create and share commonly used annotations in custom Tool Sets. T.
On the Edit menu, click Preferences.
- Click the Tool Chest tab, and then click Add. The Add Tool Set window will display.
- In Step 1, select New.
- In Step 2, type the Title of your new Tool Set and click OK.
- Your new Tool Set will appear at the bottom of the Tool Chest dock.
TIP: You can save and open Tool Sets on your network by clicking the browse button in the Add Tool Set window. You can also email the Tool Set file and have users import it into their copy of Revu by using the export/import buttons on the Tool Chest tab of the Preferences window.
