EZ-Plant Software announce that EZ-Plant Software, now in their 11th year of operation, is ready to release the new Version 7.0.
Here is what the new version contains:
- To suit your Sustainable plant needs; Bog Plants, Marginal Plants, (Plants that grow in water, with actual recommended water depths listed.)
- Identified Native Plants with listed Plant Nurseries throughout the United States and Canada showing native plant growing regions.
- New and Additional plants containing more than 2,600 plants, perennials and mulch types with all important 2009 pricing, including actual plant conditions sold at the listed nurseries so your availability and cost estimates including service and installation fees are accurate.
- Added More Native grasses, ornamental grasses and perennials.
- Mature Height and Spread for each plant is shown for virtually every plant to aid your design decisions providing you with information at your fingertips.
- New EZ-To-use groundcover tallying command where you type your spacing needs and the quantity is generated in seconds. This new command accommodates for changes tremendously.
- New Automatic labeling command that identifies, labels and show plant quantities in seconds with the plant count of your chosen plant symbols.
- More Tropical Plants are included showing general hardiness zones. Most tropical plant mature plant heights and spreads are listed for you too.
- New Mulch tally commands allow you to tabulate mulch volume areas hatched and already shown as perennials or groundcover on your planting plan.
- Included directions for plant links to plant photographs, plant cultural information and your favorite plant nursery links.
- New EZ-To-Install features including accommodations for Visual Basic and Windows Vista.
As before, EZ-Plant Software is still very easy to add or accommodate new or local plant cultivars.
