Acroplot and Acroplot Pro are now AutoCAD 2009 compatible.
For 30 day trial or to reinstall, update, or move your software to a different computer please download the current version of AcroPlot / AcroPlot Pro from the CADzation web site. Free upgrades are available for those who have purchased AcroPlot within the last year.
AcroPlot / AcroPlot Pro will allow you to select AutoCAD 2009 for batch conversion in the “Convert With” pulldown on the main “Files” tab of the application.
If you want to run or launch AcroPlot Jr / AcroPlot / AcroPlot Pro from within AutoCAD 2009, then you will need to switch to Classic View to access the pulldown menu and toolbar menus. An update in July 2008 will resolve this issue - see note below:
Please note that downloading and installing the current demo version on a computer that is already registered will update you to the latest software release and reauthorize automatically. You must reboot the computer for the installation to finish.
Close AutoCAD 2009 and go to:
START—>ALL PROGRAMS—>ACROPLOT—>ACROPLOT ADMIN
In the AcroPlot Admin select the check box to add the AcroPlot menu to all AutoCAD programs. Select the “Save & Exit” button.
Launch AutoCAD 2009 and switch the UI to AutoCAD Classic View and the AcroPlot pulldown menu and tool bar should appear.
Please note: CADzation is currently working on an update expected to be released in July 2008. This will allow AcroPlot to work with the 2D Drafting and 3D modeling UI’s in AutoCAD 2009. Please check the downloads page of the CADzation web site for more.
