  • Motive Systems has released a new M-Files version, which makes M-Files compatible with Windows Vista. The new version also includes MANY improvements to M-Files Client and M-Files Server to run even faster and more efficiently than before!
  • Link and import existing files & folders: Files can be used both in M-Files and directly from the original location. Makes drawing management completely automatic from the fist time you use the program!
  • Full-text search: Allows searching through document contents Searches are no more restricted to document card. (The document card contains detailed information about a document - see below)
  • Receive notifications: Users can choose to receive e-mail notifications of different operations performed on documents (e.g. of modifications made by other users)
  • Support for paper documents: Scanned-in documents can be directly imported into the drawing management system.
  • Event logging: All notable operations performed in the document vault can be recorded in a specific event log.
