Customer Information. Our on-line transactions collect customer information as well as credit card number. The customer information entered must match the Card holder information. This information is used to verify the Credit Card and prevent misuse of your Credit Card. Once processed, the credit card information is erased.

Evaluation Numbers. Some software asks for an "Evaluation Number" to be entered when you purchase. This is used to generate the unique Authorization Code for the software. If you do not have an Evaluation Number just enter "none" and we will process the order with out it.

Multiple Orders. If you make a purchase using our on-line order system. The system will prevent more than three orders from being processed within 12 hours of each other. This is to prevent double billing or credit card fraud where an automated system would be used to process several transaction within a short period of time.

Having Trouble Purchasing?

Here are a few known issues that our customers have found:

Tweak XP or other Pop-up Blockers. Some customers using Pop-up Blockers, like Tweak XP, may have to disable the software to use our online store. Depending how aggressive the setting are set this will prevent our online store from guaranteeing that there is no "spyware" running on the system that might capture sensitive information.
