Organize your AutoCAD Drawing specs, tags & part list
By drawing item tags, you will give enough information to create a parts list or notation schedule. The item tags (labeled balloons) are simply made from a block with attributes attached.
Autolist2000 searches for item tags in your AutoCAD drawing and then sorts the information and produces a parts list. When you update the attributes you schedule auto updates with the changes made.

How Autolist2000 Works
By labeling a drawing, you will give Autolist2000™ enough information to create a parts list. The labels are simply item tags (balloons) made from a block which has a circle and six attributes. The parts list produced are always made from the information found in Item Tags which can be located in either model space or within a paper space tab. This concept is simple but powerful.

Use the Autolist2000 toolbar to access the Autolist2000™ commands in AutoCAD™. This software has the right commands to help you get the job done!
Draw Item Tags and Leaders
The Draw tags toolbar in Autolist2000 draws two different item tags, Data Tags (for parts lists) and Non Data Tags (for duplicate Item Tags). New leaders can be drawn to existing Tags with either a Dot or Arrow.
Draw Parts Lists
Three different styles of Parts List are available; Compact, Standard & Detailed. A separate parts list can be created for each layout in paper space. Changes and updates are quick and easy because Autolist2000™ can regenerate a Parts List each time a change is made.
Smart Editing Tools
Autolist2000™ has been designed to save time. Included is a Data Tag editor which you can customize by adding commonly used Parts List information. The Data Tag editor can also be used by directly picking on the Parts List to edit the corresponding Data Tag in a drawing!

With Autolist2000™ you can obtain the full benefits of third-party software for your AutoCAD wherever you are working. It works effortlessly on standalone or networked AutoCAD and does not adversely effect the functionality of AutoCAD in any way. It’s unique Password and User name system allows you to install and activate the program on several PC’s at once i.e. at work and at home. If Autolist2000™ is copied to another workstation it will require your User name and Password to be input again which ensures nobody else can use the program you have paid for.

1. Download and Save a copy of AUTOLIST2000.exe to your computer.
2. Run AUTOLIST2000.exe on your computer making sure it’s loaded all files directly in the c:\AUTOLIST2000 folder.
3. Load the Autolist2000.VLX application and partial menu (toolbar) into AutoCAD. Open AutoCAD and type APPLOAD at the command prompt Select AUTOLIST2000.VLX from the c:\AUTOLIST2000 folder and pick LOAD
4. Autolist2000™ will prompt you to automatically load the AUTOLIST2000 partial menu and set C:\AUTOLIST2000 in the Support File Search Path, press OK. The full version of Autolist2000™ will now be installed and ready for use.
Go to the Vendors Market Place.
Click on the ‘PURCHASE’ button and input the required information.
Once your information has been processed you will be emailed the unlocking code for the software.
