The Land Planner Suite supports AutoCAD Versions 2004-2007 and stores your project design criteria within a drawing file so that it can be updated, accessed and imported when needed. The Land Planner Suite also supports LDD 2005-2007.

The Land Planner’s Road Designer
The Land Planner Suite includes a Road Manager Tool to allow you to create store and manage multiple road “types” or design sizes. It can add lines at the desired size interval for Back of Curb, Face of Curb, Gutter, Right of Way, and sidewalks on one side or both sides of the street that are a certain distance from the Back of Curb.

This unique land development software allows you to store unit types within the drawing and allows the unit settings to be accessed, edited, imported, and exported whenever needed.
The settings are attached to the drawing and cannot be lost or disassociated due to a broken project folder link or server link. All work done with the units is performed locally on the workstation and in the drawing.
Every drawing has its own Unit Manager that helps the user with project management and eliminates the question of which unit size(s) were used to create the drawing.
These units can be Lots, Townhomes, Retail Boxes in a Strip Shopping Center, or Parking spaces. Minimum unit sizes are created and laid out either by minimum area or minimum width as measured from the setback, rear building depth, or along the frontage. Speed and efficiency is further enhanced through the unit numbering, area labeling and setback labeling commands.
CadTracts products are licensed for a single computer. A valid license entitles you to free upgrades for one year.
